HARVEST™ converts data from multiple, complex data stores into an actionable knowledge format from which highly accurate predictions can be made on the relationships between genes, proteins, and pathways, all in real-time.  The predicted results can produce new knowledge.   We collect, accumulate and manage this knowledge in working with our clients – so the system gets ‘smarter’ over time.

Unlike text mining solutions, our strengths lie in our ability to show relationships between genes, proteins and pathways at numerous levels.  For instance, we can show the direct relationship between a target gene and all of the pathways to which that gene is related and produce the results in an easy to understand graphical representation.  Additionally, we can “shut off” a gene and show how that condition propagates throughout all the pathways to which the gene is related.
